Ron Sr. founded Rowe Construction Group in 1972 after serving in the US Army Corps of Engineers and studying electrical engineering at MIT. His vision, leadership, and focus on building a strong team through effective personnel policies have been fundamental to our company's success.

Robert, younger brother of Ron Sr. has been involved in multiple business ventures together since childhood. Bob brings 40 years of invaluable construction expertise to the family business. After graduating from Salem State University and completing a professional hockey stint he joined Rowe Group as a consultant. His expertise in the business centers on sales, client relations, negotiations and all facets of administration which strengthens the leadership team.
